PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE :

Experience in structuring infrastructure projects, in the form of Concessions and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), in the segments of Public Lighting, Environmental Protection Areas, Urban Mobility, among others
In 2020, it worked in the structuring of Public Lighting projects in conjunction with the International Finance Corporation – IFC and the Fund for Supporting the Structuring and Development of Public-Private Partnerships and Concession Projects – FEP CAIXA, within the scope of the Partnership Program of Investments (PPI).
Since its formation, it has been working in structuring and advising on legal modeling for the exploitation of public services, administrative contracts, participation in bidding processes, acting before the Courts of Auditors, legal advice in regulated sectors and advice on corporate transactions involving regulated sectors

ACADEMIC EDUCATION:

Postgraduate student in Administrative Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV/SP
Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University (1994)
Student member of the School of Public Training of the Brazilian Society of Public Law (2014)
